Compliments and Complaints

Compliments are well received and can be passed on directly to staff and the SENCO, or formally through our regular questionnaires to parents.

Any complaints will be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. Complaints concerning any aspects of Staindrop Academy’s SEN&D Policy should be addressed to the Headteacher.
